We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and UX design, with experience in designing user interfaces for responsive websites and native mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for financial mobile & tablet apps, web applications, and internal banking systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through build, test, release, and maintenance, ensuring that designs meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable tasks and solving them with clarity and precision, staying up-to-date with the latest standards and trends in the mobile design field.
  • Creating graphic design assets such as website banners, event, and exhibition booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and other corporate branding materials.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering and UX design, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum environments and familiarity with Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets) in addition to digital product design.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work.
