We're seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to own the design strategy and user experience of our digital platform. As a key member of our team, you will create and validate wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring simplicity, trust, and impact to farmer-centric digital experiences.

You will drive end-to-end user research: interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing with farmers, FPOs, and partners. You will translate feedback into actionable design improvements, balancing usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.

The ideal candidate has at least 5-8 years in UI/UX design, with experience designing for mobile-first products at scale. You should have proven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Partner with product owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect handoff, clarity on design specifications, and smooth implementation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience designing for mobile-first products at scale.
  • Proven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
