Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer with strong expertise in Webflow to drive the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while also taking ownership of our public-facing websites built on Webflow.

The ideal candidate has proficiency in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs in Figma and building complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites in Webflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Web Development & Management Responsibilities

  • Design, build, manage, and continuously optimize our company websites using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Architect and implement complex, scalable, and reusable component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Manage and structure Webflow's CMS for various content types, ensuring ease of use for marketing and content teams.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging and dynamic web experiences.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of professional, hands-on experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web or mobile applications).
  • An impressive portfolio that highlights your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
