DFT Engineer Position

As a DFT engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital design-for-test architecture for ASIC/SoC designs.

The role involves designing and verifying scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), MBIST, LBIST, and other test structures.

You will collaborate with RTL and physical design teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT features.

">

Additionally, you will generate and validate test patterns using ATPG tools for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults.

">

Fault simulation and coverage analysis will be performed to optimize test quality.

">

Finally, you will support silicon bring-up and debug of test-related issues.
