Our organization is seeking a visionary AI Strategist to spearhead our AI transformation journey. This role focuses on aligning business objectives with innovative GenAI/LLM solutions, driving growth through impactful AI use cases.

This is a cross-functional position that combines strong AI understanding with experience in product, strategy, digital consulting, or transformation roles.

  • Partner with stakeholders and tech leaders to shape AI-driven strategic roadmaps.
  • Translate business problems into AI-powered solution opportunities using LLMs/GenAI.
  • Define KPIs and frameworks to evaluate business impact.
  • Own user journeys and solution design across verticals like BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare.
  • Drive collaboration between data, product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Champion responsible AI adoption, compliance, and organizational AI readiness.
  • Evangelize AI internally through enablement workshops and stakeholder education.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML Strategy, Digital Transformation, Product Consulting, or Innovation roles.
  • Strong exposure to GenAI/LLM platforms like OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI.
  • Proven ability to define AI use cases with measurable business ROI.
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience facilitating cross-functional projects.
  • Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, or Consulting firms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working at the intersection of tech, product, and business strategy.
Preferred Tools & Knowledge:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Conceptual knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and AI user flows.
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Power BI/Tableau, LangChain (nice to have).
  • Basic familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • High adaptability and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Educational Background:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent, and certifications in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or AI Strategy are pluses.
