
Business Customer Retention Specialist

At the core of our operations, we focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Renewal Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless renewal cycle for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with sales and account managers to provide top-notch customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notification, quote building, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts.
- Assist customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
- Identify and execute upsells within your customer base.
- Maintain accurate invoicing and work closely with Finance to ensure timely payment collection.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Explore the application of AI in repetitive tasks and remain open to learning how to automate tasks using AI.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal (telephone) and written (email) communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to handle multiple accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
- Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SaaS-based applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of robotic automation/AI tools is highly desirable.
