**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead and Growth Specialist to drive new client acquisition, lead a dedicated team of lead collection executives, and play a crucial role in our growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**

Spearhead new client acquisition through strategic cold email outreach using tools like HubSpot, SmartLeads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other email scraping tools.

Innovate and implement effective cold email strategies to maintain high open rates, low bounce rates, and seamless inbox deliveries.

Oversee the management and optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless operation and integration with sales processes.

Lead a team of lead collection executives, ensuring the highest quality of leads and maintaining data integrity.

Provide regular sales reports, covering revenue targets, team performance, lead quality, open rates, bounce rates, and other critical KPIs to your manager.

Develop a sales strategy using data analysis and trend identification to create a roadmap for revenue growth.

Manage lead generation representatives by coaching, training, and evaluating their performance.

Set and track TOFU sales targets and optimize KPIs.

Use historical data to predict future buying patterns and improve TOFU sales targets.

Identify sales opportunities and coordinate sales projects with the operations team.

**Requirements**

A proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Technical expertise in CRM management (HubSpot experience preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn email scraping tools, and MS Excel.

Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and experience in creative & design services.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions with a problem-solving approach.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

**Career Roadmap**

Days 1-30: Onboarding and Foundation

Get familiar with IndieFolio's culture, values, and sales goals.

Become proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email scraping tools.

Conduct an audit of current sales strategies, competitors, and lead generation processes.

Build rapport with your lead collection team and key stakeholders.

Days 31-60: Strategy Development and Refinement

Perform in-depth analysis of current sales efforts and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to refine sales strategies and develop a roadmap for new client acquisition.

Test and refine initial strategies, gather feedback, and adjust as needed.

Days 61-90: Execution and Optimization

Oversee the lead collection team to ensure high-quality output and data accuracy.

Implement strategic sales initiatives, track performance, and analyze results.

Evaluate effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine processes to ensure ongoing success.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
