Job Overview

This Senior Director role plays a key part in shaping the Managed Services Networking business strategy. The position involves developing, implementing, and managing Service Offers throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the global strategy for Managed Network & Security Service Offers.
  • Conduct market research to ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Identify and quantify new market opportunities for service development.
Service Offer Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of Service Offers, including enhancements and retirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to track market adoption.
  • Conduct post-launch assessments, customer satisfaction analysis, and win-loss reviews.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships across global, regional, and country teams.
  • Act as an offer champion, engaging with clients, vendor partners, and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Managed Network & Security Services.
  • Experience in Service Offer Management, Pre-Sales, or Solution Architecture.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and cost modeling.
  • Expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
Leadership and Soft Skills:
  • Strong strategic decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive product adoption.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
Work Environment:
