Strategic Total Reward Role

This role is a key part of our organisation's transformation to customer-centric total reward solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of data-led total reward advice and guidance across the business unit(s).

  • Develop customer-centric data-led solutions for differentiated performance, working closely with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions enhancing total reward effectiveness.
  • Drive leadership and line manager understanding of total reward value and impact, leveraging opportunities for balanced and unbiased decisions.
  • Identify innovative ways to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance through insights and collaboration with colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include implementing and embedding total reward programmes across the business, enhancing total reward value as part of the EVP. You will bring external perspectives and best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.

Requirements
  • Advanced business partnering skills to lead and shape partnerships with leaders, translating business goals into total reward programmes.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Change management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions of total reward change and attract, reward, and retain colleagues throughout the organisation.
  • Storytelling with data/business insights to build the case for total reward change and communicate through customer-centric design.

Leadership accountabilities include ensuring team understanding of customer needs, using operational and technical expertise to deliver brilliant experiences, driving change programmes, and collaborating to deliver business results.

Mandatory experience includes leading effective change across all elements of total reward, deep technical total reward expertise, agile trusted business partnership, governance and risk management, and establishing strong collaborative relationships.
