
Human Resources Business Partner

As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join us as a Talent Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and internal/external job postings. Coordinate recruiting efforts, track applications, conduct interviews, and make recommendations on best practices.
2. Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles.
3. Rewards Implementation: Be a resource for employee benefit questions or guidance. Partner with supervisors and managers to effectively implement performance management and reward/recognition schemes.
4. Employee Relations: Listen, address, and investigate employee issues, concerns, and complaints. Partner with management to resolve workplace issues and ensure personnel matters are addressed in a timely manner.
5. Employee Experience and Engagement: Identify what makes our company attractive to candidates, highlighting key differentiators that set us apart from competitors. Implement employee rewards programs that recognize performance achievements and foster a positive work environment.
6. Administration: Support event planning activities, maintain records, and complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-6 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
