Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to lead and shape our compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation and rewards strategy. This role focuses on establishing a standardized global compensation framework, driving differentiated rewards programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, compensation benchmarking, short-term incentive programs (STIPs), long-term incentive programs (LTIPs), and global benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Global Compensation Strategy: Lead the design, development, and implementation of a global compensation framework and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
  • Oversee Rewards Programs: Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
  • Manage Job Architecture: Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conduct Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
  • Administer Global Benefits: Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role, preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Strong background in global benefits administration, including the design and management of benefits packages across different regions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
  • Expertise in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data and insights.
  • Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly within the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present ideas persuasively to senior management.
