Job Title: Business Operations Strategist

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned business operations strategist to lead our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end planning, ensuring seamless execution across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in S&OP or similar function.
  • Strong knowledge of digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP.
  • Working expertise in ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven team leadership and people management experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment and onboarding of team members.
