Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage advanced financial plans and forecasts to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Budgeting: Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and budget preparation to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Taxation: Oversee taxation activities, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations to minimize liabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and accounting standards to maintain the highest level of integrity.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource utilization.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business decisions and drive growth.
  • Audits: Liaise with auditors, respond to audit queries, and implement audit recommendations to ensure seamless compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and work well in a team. Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an asset.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis), and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
