Main Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data trends and inform business decisions.
- Build and manage a high-performing operations team to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Provide input for product development and improvement by identifying customer needs and pain points.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Operations for a digital marketing agency or media company.
- Proven track record in stakeholder and client management, with excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build and manage a team of associates and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
