Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data trends and inform business decisions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing operations team to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Provide input for product development and improvement by identifying customer needs and pain points.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Operations for a digital marketing agency or media company.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder and client management, with excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and manage a team of associates and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
