About This Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the Map Abuse Delivery Operations team.

The Team Lead will be accountable for managing and guiding a high-performing team of map abuse analysts, ensuring they achieve operational goals and deliver quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives, address challenges, and align on priorities.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Monitor daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to maintain high standards and address gaps in processes.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track team performance using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable feedback.
  • Generate and share regular performance reports with senior management.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Process Excellence and Quality teams to implement best practices and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
  • Training & Development:
  • Design and deliver training sessions for team members on tools, workflows, and abuse detection techniques.
  • Support onboarding efforts for new team members and facilitate their skill development.
  • Foster a culture that encourages continuous learning and skill growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to team deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
  • Provide insights and updates to senior leadership on team progress and challenges.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Geography, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with map abuse detection tools and processes is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address operational challenges effectively.
