Sales Abuse Prevention Compliance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and dynamic team as a Senior Compliance Associate in Sales Abuse Prevention. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with our standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering great customer experiences. If you have experience in data-driven business operations processes and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and data analysis, including knowledge of SQL querying. They will also be proficient in basic programming languages such as Python, VB, and HTML/XML feeds. Additionally, they will have the ability to write macros in MS Excel aimed at improving processes.
Beyond technical skills, we value candidates who can work collaboratively across internal teams and stakeholders to drive process improvement projects. They should be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Key Responsibilities:- Fulfill incoming requests following set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain defined quality standards
- Provide ideas, collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders for process improvement projects
- Data-driven business operations processes experience
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
- Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications, especially Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English
