City Retail Business Growth Executive

This role involves overseeing retail operations and sales across multiple city outlets, ensuring brand consistency and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Drive retail sales performance to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor daily store operations for efficiency and quality of service.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in retail and D2C marketing, with a strong understanding of local markets and customer behavior.
- Experience in launching new stores or market entry.
- Prior experience with D2C startups or omnichannel brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Operations & Sales:
• Drive retail sales performance to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor daily store operations for efficiency and quality of service.
Marketing & Brand Execution:
• Localize national marketing campaigns for the city's consumer base.
• Plan and execute city-specific marketing initiatives.
Customer Experience:
• Ensure consistent and superior customer experiences across all retail touchpoints.
Team Management:
• Lead and motivate a team of ASM/store managers and retail staff.
Reporting & Insights:
• Provide timely reports on retail KPIs and marketing campaign performance.
