Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online marketing, with expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
  • eCommerce Management:
    • Setup and manage Shopify stores from end-to-end, including theme customization, app integration, product sourcing, listing, and conversion optimization.
  • Paid Advertising:
    • Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic and conversions, implementing remarketing strategies and building custom audiences for maximum ROI.
  • SEO Optimization:
    • Perform on-page and technical SEO to improve search engine rankings, utilizing Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and event tracking tools to monitor performance and optimize content for search visibility.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to build organic growth, plan and manage paid campaigns, and create content calendars in coordination with creative design teams.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance user experience.
    Requirements
    • Hands-on Experience:
      • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, and SEO.
    • Results-driven Mindset:
      • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions.
    • Multitasking:
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Creative Eye:
