Job Overview

A seasoned Chartered Accountant is sought after to assume a senior role in our financial consulting team.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to deliver high-quality financial advisory services, drive strategic recommendations, and foster client relationships. As a Deputy Manager - Finance and Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advisory services (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and performance assessments.
  • Offer actionable recommendations on financial performance optimization, internal controls, and profitability.
  • Assist clients with financial risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the execution of financial consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports, presentations, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless solution delivery.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members in their growth.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
  • Set an example by adhering to ethical standards and best practices in consulting.

You will contribute significantly to the overall growth and development of our organization, assisting in expanding its market presence and reputation.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA- FINANCE qualification is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, with experience in financial analysis and advisory roles in various industries throughout the professional career.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, or similar).

A strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, is essential for success in this role.
