Business Finance Leader

Job Title: Business Finance Leader

Job Summary:

  •     We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the company's financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis.
  2. Prepare, analyze, and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency.
  4. Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  5. Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews.
  6. Enhance financial processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
  7. Mentor and manage the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • CA or MBA degree with 20 years of progressive experience in business finance, corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • ERP/accounting software experience.
  • Business process mapping knowledge.
  • Process improvement methodologies expertise.
  • Cross-functional project management experience.
