Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workday Financials, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end workstreams for client implementations. This role demands exceptional client-facing skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.
  • Interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration.
  • Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
  • Identify risks/issues proactively and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.
  • Deliver within project deadlines and ensure compliance with best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Workday Financials certification in one or more of:

  • R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.

Mandatory qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch.
  • Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains.
  • Excellent client engagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in an independent capacity with little or no supervision.
