Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical professional to lead our embedded systems practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices, AI implementation in the Engineering process, and will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in our projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems.
  • Develop and enforce quality standards for embedded system development.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
