About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Consultant to join our team at Argano. As a key member of our Sales Performance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work on mid-sized client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Derive and understand client business needs, and document findings
  • Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design
  • Configure ICM system to meet requirement needs
  • Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies
  • Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects
  • Work with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll-out
  • Assist project manager with supporting deployed projects

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Informational Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
  • 1-3 years of experience in software development or systems analyst role
  • Comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, understanding a data model and an object model
  • Experienced writing SQL queries, and writing design specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of software development & implementation life cycles
  • Experience with major relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and work well in teams
  • Knowledge of SPM tool (Varicent, Spiff, Xactly, SAP), Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML, BI Cognos reporting, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
