Job Title: Business Development Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies, training and monitoring sales teams, and providing excellent customer service to clients in the TASC sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Team Training and Monitoring: Provide regular training and coaching to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge, and monitor their performance to ensure they meet or exceed targets.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the TASC sector, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
