We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead our interview training programs. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned expert to share knowledge and expertise with candidates preparing for ServiceNow interviews.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver structured interview training sessions on all major ServiceNow modules.
  • Create module-wise interview question preparation materials, from basic to advanced levels.
  • Conduct mock interviews simulating real-world scenarios, providing valuable feedback to candidates.
  • Guide candidates on resume optimization, certification pathways, and career development.
  • Prepare scenario-based problem-solving exercises and whiteboard practice materials.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong knowledge of real-world implementations, scripting, and integrations.
  • Proven track record of facing and conducting ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS in multiple modules).
