We seek an experienced Fractional HR Professional to partner with growing e-commerce businesses in India.

This part-time/consulting role focuses on developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and driving best practices in a dynamic environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for seasoned HR professionals who want to leverage their expertise across multiple organizations while enabling founders to scale their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR processes aligned with startup growth.
  • Drive recruitment from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Create employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and high performance.
  • Establish performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Maintain HR compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Guide founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (requiring up to 10hr commitment every week)
