Lead HR Professional

This role is ideal for accomplished HR experts with extensive experience in managing comprehensive HR operations within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment.
  2. Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume setting.
  3. Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  4. Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain records.
  5. Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across levels.
  6. Guide the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
  7. Partner with leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness in the manufacturing domain.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.

• Minimum 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.

• Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.

• Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.

• Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive transformational changes.
