Job Title

A dynamic HR professional to spearhead our human resources function and support organizational growth.

  • Talent Strategy: Build a robust talent pipeline for critical roles by sourcing, assessing, and developing high-potential candidates.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Design and implement efficient hiring strategies and processes to enhance candidate experience and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Culture & Values: Foster a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture through initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Leadership Support: Provide expert guidance and advisory services to business leaders and teams on HR best practices.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Create opportunities for learning and development to nurture top talent and drive employee engagement.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while managing HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Promote positive workplace relationships and employee engagement through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and benefits administration.
Key Qualifications:
  • Senior HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in talent attraction, development, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
