Our organization is seeking an ambitious Human Resources Coordinator to drive the recruitment and management of Subject Matter Experts for our educational programs.

  • SME Sourcing & Hiring: Identify and engage with potential Subject Matter Experts through professional networks, job boards, and referrals.
  • Onboarding Process: Coordinate interviews between SMEs and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless onboarding through efficient documentation, agreements, and orientation.
  • Database Management: Collaborate with the program team to maintain SME contracts, profiles, and deliverables.
  • Payment Coordination: Work closely with Finance to ensure timely processing of SME payments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Support content and delivery teams, acting as a liaison for SMEs, promoting smooth communication and engagement.
  • Process Improvement: Assist the program team in refining SME hiring and engagement processes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational, and documentation abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
