Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing value within procurement centers of excellence, with a focus on high volume, low risk engagements. They will lead clients through the sourcing process, from contract negotiations to execution, while ensuring all related governance processes and policies are adhered to.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience, with proven skills in leading sourcing initiatives, developing strategies, and working with internal stakeholders. They will be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, and have a strong understanding of general procurement challenges and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sourcing value within procurement COE for various spend categories.
  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Execute the sourcing process, including contract negotiations and execution.
  • Support clients on related governance requirements, including third party risk management and AML screening.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
  • Proven skills in leading sourcing initiatives, developing strategies, and working with internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Familiarity with vendor contract language, SAP Ariba Contracts and Sourcing Modules.
  • Understanding of general procurement challenges and solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Effective client relationship management skills.
  • Financial analysis skills, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Confidence in ability to lead negotiations to conclusion.
  • Proven ability to work with internal legal counsel and other stakeholders.
