GeM / Tender Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage our GeM operations and tender processes across government sectors.

This role involves overseeing the management of product catalogs, pricing updates, and order processing on the GeM portal, as well as leading end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts including preparation, submission, and follow-up.

The successful candidate will have strong understanding of government procurement policies and procedures, with experience in IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure. Additionally, they should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and knowledge of compliance requirements for government contracts.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee GeM portal operations.
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement policies and procedures.
