Purpose of the Job

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing procurement systems and tools, developing and optimizing procurement workflows to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Optimize procurement processes by analyzing current procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing system improvements to boost productivity and adherence to guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven performance tracking systems, including dashboards and reports, to monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and track progress against objectives.
  • Ensure compliance by enforcing procurement policies and regulations, conducting audits, and creating corrective action plans to mitigate any deviations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster continuous learning and growth among procurement staff and other users by providing training and support on system functionalities, best practices, and process optimization strategies.

  • Proficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization, and system management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in collaborative projects, fostering integration across various departments.
  • Experience working in agile environments, with the capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner, maintaining organization and precision in task execution and project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
