Job Title:

Supply Chain Manager

The role of a Supply Chain Manager involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure continuity of supply and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and audits, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve best value for the company.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and manage the sourcing budget to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sourcing or procurement with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing successful sourcing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
