Job Summary:

This is a dynamic role requiring an experienced and skilled professional with strong commercial acumen, analytical expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will lead the Finance function for our Indian subsidiary while also providing strategic support to our UK and International Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning and execution of internal audits, ensuring timely submission of reports and compliance with statutory requirements.
  2. Manage all accounting-related matters, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure legal compliance and optimize business performance.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial risk and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Lead the procurement process, manage inventory, maintain accurate records of debtors and creditors, and oversee payroll administration.
  6. Prepare and analyze monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) to inform business decisions.
  7. Ensure timely completion of ROC compliances, annual filings, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong English language skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, preferably with international company exposure.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, with a flexible approach to meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience using analytical tools like Power BI and CRM systems.
