The Head of Supply Chain will oversee procurement, logistics, and international trade operations, ensuring efficient import of raw materials and export of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement & Vendor Management:
    • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for sourcing high-quality raw materials from domestic and international suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with suppliers to optimize supply chain costs.
  • Import & Export Management:
    • Oversee the entire import process, ensuring timely customs clearance and cost-effective transportation.
    • Manage all export logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  • Logistics & Distribution:
    • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth transportation of raw materials and finished goods.
    • Implement best practices in transportation planning, 3PL partnerships, and route optimization.
  • Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management:
    • Develop supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and production needs.
    • Ensure accurate demand forecasting to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and industry standards.
  • Cost Optimization & Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement initiatives to reduce procurement, logistics, and trade operations costs.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, including procurement, logistics, and compliance professionals.
