Job Description

As a Strategic Supply Chain Professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions for clients.

Solution consultants work closely with project teams to configure effective solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

Your primary responsibility is to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This involves collaborating with solution architects and senior solution consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Key contributions will include:

  • Configuring RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes and business requirements.
  • Supporting data integration and management activities.
  • Capturing user feedback and validating the solution.
  • Developing resources to provide or support expected functionalities in RapidResponse (Maestro).

For success in this role, relevant experience of 1 to 5 years, an academic degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations research, and certification as a solution consultant level 1 are essential.

Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations is also vital. You should be detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to communicate complex ideas effectively in English.

Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are highly valued.
