Product Sales Manager

About the Role
The Commercial Card Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the Commercial Card business across assigned coverage segments, branches, and non-transaction banking clients.
The role will involve delivering individual segmental budgets in terms of revenue, new client onboarding, spends, and limit setup.
Internal stakeholder management across coverage, product, business segment, IT, branches, operations, underwriting, risk, policy, and compliance teams will be a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving overall business key performance indicators (KRAs)
- Manage the mapped client base to deliver on business goals
- Internal stakeholder management across coverage, product, business segment, IT, branches, operations, underwriting, risk, policy, and compliance teams
- Regular engagement with stakeholders of the respective mapped segment in coverage to drive commercial card penetration in their portfolios
- Need-based positioning of commercial cards products across the client base
- Acquiring clients for commercial cards
- Deepening commercial cards products within the mapped client base
- Cross-selling CMS products to mapped commercial card clients
- Delinquency management
- Have an in-depth understanding of commercial cards products and processes
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Postgraduate in business management
- Understanding of the commercial card business
- At least 5-7 years' work experience. Cards/commercial cards experience preferred
- Result-oriented and willing to deliver on business/client requirements
