Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to client support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals, and advising on software or hardware upgrades.

In addition, the candidate will provide basic training in computer operation and management, complete job reports, and order supplies as needed.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician, advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
