Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Hardware Technician located in Pune. The Computer Hardware Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing desktop computers, providing hardware support, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering printer support. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware problems, conducting routine maintenance, installing hardware components, and ensuring optimal performance of all IT equipment. The role requires working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional technical support.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Maintenance
  • Skills in Troubleshooting and Hardware Support
  • Experience with Printer Support
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in an engineering or technical support role is preferred
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is beneficial
