**Job Description:**

Troubleshoot and repair technical problems or issues related to computer hardware and peripheral equipment.

Respond to program error messages by identifying and resolving problems or terminating the program as necessary.

Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems and optimize system performance.

Refer major hardware/software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service and support.

Operate computer and peripheral equipment (e.g., printers) to integrate and operate equipment effectively.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Maintain and upgrade hardware and software, including peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners) and website technical architecture related to hardware and telecommunication connectivity.

Report work-related accidents or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to management and security/safety personnel.

Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and report them to management and security/safety personnel.

Follow established emergency procedures for handling situations such as evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters.

Engage in effective communication with colleagues to exchange information and collaborate on projects.

Exchange information with colleagues using electronic devices (e.g., pagers, two-way radios, email).

Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print).

Inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects or areas for improvement.

Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.

Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping to complete job duties.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
