As a critical member of our IT team, you will provide day-to-day support to clients' networks, servers, and infrastructure. Your expertise in administering, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based systems is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' technology environments.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing on-site or remote technical assistance to resolve network and system issues.
  • Maintaining and optimizing Windows-based networks and servers to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Collaborating with managers, service coordinators, and other engineers to meet customer service-level commitments.
  • Representing the company's technical expertise and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers.
* Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security.
* Hands-on experience with firewalls and switches (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet).
* Familiarity with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
* Experience with backup solutions and cloud-based email systems (O365, GSuite).
* Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision and excellent time management.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* CCNA or equivalent network experience is desired.
* MSCE or equivalent server experience is desired.
