About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team in India. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a critical role in establishing and expanding our presence in the Indian market. You'll lead the development and implementation of omnichannel commercial plans across India, working closely with our Southeast Asia hub and distributor teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Opportunities Identification: Identify and establish new partnerships and collaborations within the Indian market to grow our brand in line with our global strategy.
  • Marketing Strategy: Provide input for the marketing strategy in India and help translate it into tactical plans for execution.
  • Omnichannel Initiatives: Partner with the Central SEA hub to develop and lead omnichannel initiatives, including pre-campaign analysis and planning, campaign management, testing, post-campaign strategy, and recommendations for future optimization.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with the Distributor team to manage monthly forecasting and maintain adequate inventory at the country level.
  • Partnership Building: Actively contact and network to gain and maintain high-quality partnerships to increase awareness of our presence in India.
  • Campaign Execution: Serve six-class campaigns and other omnichannel initiatives across different channels.
  • Seller Model Activities: Initiate and execute seller model activities, focusing on new avenues of growth, such as e-commerce and retail spaces.
  • Commercial Optimization: Jointly co-own the country P&L with the GM-SEA and drive commercial optimization to improve financial performance.
  • Financial Targets: Achieve financial targets and provide corresponding business analysis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimal 5-7 years of experience in a comparable commercial role in India.
  • Omnichannel Experience: Must have experience with omnichannel strategies.
  • Beauty/Skincare Experience: While not required, experience in the beauty/skincare industry can be an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent knowledge of Hindi and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • National Knowledge: Well-versed in India's nuances and complexities.
