HR Systems Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing HR systems, specifically with Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end implementation and management of Oracle HCM modules globally
  • Project management: oversee the deployment/updating/customization of Oracle HCM
  • Stakeholder management: work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation
  • System configuration & customization: configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, testing & Quality assurance: develop and deliver training materials and user guides
  • Change Management and digital adoption: support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products
  • Continuous Improvement: monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR technology solutions post-implementation

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

  • 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function

Required Technical Skills:

  • Implementation and project management skills for Oracle HCM
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems
  • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and report automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
