Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Workday technical consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining integrations with various systems using Workday's Enterprise Interface Builder, Studio, and other tools.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and fundamentals, as well as experience in at least two HR functional areas such as HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Absence.

About the Role
  • Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.
  • Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems.
