Expense Management Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Workday Expenses team in delivering top-notch support and development services. This role is ideal for an experienced expert who can provide subject matter expertise, ensure data accuracy, and drive enhancements of new Workday features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance Expenses workstream to design, configure, test, and deploy business processes and solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Gather configuration requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with technical and business users.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Workday Expenses with proficiency in HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB.
  • Proven expertise in Expense module; awareness of Workday capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
  • Ability to customize Expense and expand expertise to encompass new areas of Expense Management.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with experience in Agile environments.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday releases, testing and analysis of new features and functionality, participating in release planning, and regression testing.
