
Area Growth Manager

A dynamic and ambitious professional is sought to spearhead comprehensive business growth, operational excellence, and team development across a cluster of retail outlets within a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive in-store sales through enhanced customer engagement and strategically manage operational costs.
- Change Management Leadership: Spearhead and implement business strategic initiatives and change programs within your area, ensuring smooth transitions and team adoption of new processes, technologies, and customer engagement strategies related to holistic health.
- Employee Development & Retention: Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing store teams. Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment that encourages growth and reduces attrition, focusing on deep product and solution knowledge.
- Customer Experience & Retention: Ensure the delivery of an unparalleled customer experience across all stores, focusing on educating customers about personalized plans, driving strong customer engagement and retention, and translating this into increased online sales and brand advocacy for personalized health solutions.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data for your area, generate comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the business team, specifically relating to in-store customer journey, Hair Test conversions, and Hair Coach interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). A background in wellness, healthcare, or integrated solutions is a plus.
- Experience: 7-8 years of experience with Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of experience with Master's Degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA college.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing Store level P&L and driving financial results, demonstrated experience in leading and successfully implementing change management initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, with an emphasis on customer education and personalized solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools.
