Operations Growth Manager

  • Drive supply growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.
  • Handle fleet acquisition & retention, support cross-functional teams (GTM, marketing, legal), and lead driver engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining a healthy supply of drivers in various cities.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys, driver research activities, and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Managing large fleets for acquisitions and retentions, and conducting market share analysis to improve our footprint in the market.
  • Searching, hiring, and retaining offline and online recruiters, and building relationships with local authorities for effective supply management.
  • Developing GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers, and taking ownership of different projects and initiatives to drive brand name recognition.
  • Identifying supply gaps within different areas and establishing new channels of acquisition, and performing extensive travel to different cities within the country to manage on-ground operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities or regions.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data to solve large-scale operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  • Startup experience is preferred.
