Job Title: CRM Manager

As a key player in our organization's growth strategy, the CRM Manager plays a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and revenue expansion. This position serves as a bridge between sales, marketing, and support teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to maximize CRM potential.

The CRM Manager is responsible for overseeing the LeadSquared CRM system, optimizing its functionality to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize CRM campaigns, lead routing, and customer interaction strategies.
  • Training & Support
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to internal users on best practices for using LeadSquared.
    • Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support to ensure full platform adoption and minimize data discrepancies.
  • Data Integrity & CRM Hygiene
    • Ensure the accuracy, currency, and security of customer and lead data within the CRM system.
  • Lead Management & Automation
    • Design and implement efficient processes for capturing leads, tracking interactions, assigning leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel using LeadSquared automation and scoring features.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Monitor and analyze CRM KPIs such as lead conversion rates, retention metrics, email open rates, and customer lifetime value.
    • Transform CRM data into actionable insights and reports to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Customer Journey Strategy
    • Develop targeted customer journey maps and campaign strategies using behavior tracking and scoring mechanisms.
  • Compliance & Security
    • Evaluate and ensure that CRM operations adhere to industry data privacy regulations and organizational security best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or IT.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing CRMs or sales operations; familiarity with LeadSquared is highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and workflow automation.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication, training, and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
