The role of HR Head is a critical leadership position that requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to drive business outcomes through people management.
As the HR Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This includes leading a team of HR professionals, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, and fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
This position involves managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, as well as utilizing HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master's degree or HR certification preferred. The minimum experience requirement is 10 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization. Experience working in a multinational company, preferably in hearing healthcare or audio technology industry, is also desirable.
The selected candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with business leaders to drive growth plans in the Indian market. They will have the opportunity to shape the future of the organization and contribute to its continued success.
