Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate company-wide celebrations for birthdays, festivals, work anniversaries, and milestones.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement new communication platforms to enhance organizational engagement.
  • Perform a variety of human resources and administrative functions.
  • Lead employer branding efforts and manage the company's online presence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and employee records.
